Can't get an undeposited fund payment into bank rec, first question here and new to myob hope Im posting in right area

So all of our customers payments go direct into our bank DD and I can see these on the bank statement my boss sends me. I then get the remittance advice and go to the INV and allocate payment manuall...

Hi JulieInPerth,

Thanks for sharing the detailed post and screenshot. Transactions from Undeposited Funds are automatically recorded to the bank account, so I recommend waiting a day or two. If your online payments aren’t being matched automatically, please refer to this help page for step-by-step guidance. Automatically matching online payments
