Thanks it has been over a week and all that I can see is the attached picture above in relation to this INV and payment and the fact I can see it in our bank, just not sure why it hasn't gone into bank rec automatically or do I need to do something

This can be quite tricky. In this case this would need further assistance by our back end team so they can dig deeper. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
