Thanks for reaching out.
The email gave instructions to follow for migration. Since MYOB Business is a web app and the file migrated to it could not be retained in desktop applications like AccountRight. It needs a subscription to transfer to immediately after migration because the file can't exist in the cloud without a serial number.
We need to first create 2 different serial numbers for each file. Then proceed with the migration as normal.
