What to import a customer list from one myob business lite file to new myob business pro file, as changing from sole trader to company. Is their template for excel heading etc, that import work first time with no errors or steps to follow, thank-you

Thank you for reaching out to our MYOB Community Forum. You can get the excel template for customer list by going into the settings menu from the top right hand corner of the screen, next to your business name and select import and export data from the bottom of the menu. Select customer contacts in the data to import field.
Here you will find a hyper link in purple which is a downloadable txt file that includes the format you need to follow to update the information into your new file.
Please note there is no capability of exporting the customer list from your previous file but you can use the template provided to fill out the required information and upload it to your new system.
