Link to third party shopping software / website

Apologies in advance if I don't use the correct terminology....

We sell a large range of products in our physical business shop, we also have them listed on our website but we don't have a shopping platform set up yet on our website.  However we are looking to widen our sales avenue and push the online sales market.

However my Q is, is it possible to link MYOB to a shopping platform (where we people can go on the website and a shopping platform, add items to a basket, create an order and checkout and pay - like you would do on amazon/ebay etc - but have it linked to MYOB to automatically raise an invoice our end - or would I still have to login to MYOB and create the invoice myself, every time we have an automated email from a sale from our website - I am trying to reduce the both email traffic (as we often have to go back and forth asking people to clarify the specific item they want) and also reduce human error with data entry (the current practise where people email us their order, we then create an invoice and manually input what the items are)
