Migrated from Accountedge to Myob Business

I have changed to MYOB Business at the start of the payroll year. I assume I won't need to do anything about notifying the ATO about the change of BMS ID because all payments for the new financial year will be on the same ID.

Will I have to do anything to set up phase 2 of STP reporting? I assume changing software makes me "new" to MYOB.
