MYOB File deleted

Hello, a MYOB business file has been manually deleted.  Do MYOB keep backups of the cloud files so it can be restored?

Welcome to the Community Forum! If your MYOB Business file got deleted, we can request a backup retrieval from our support team. I recommend reaching out to them for further assistance. The best ways to contact our support team are through live chat (via our virtual assistant MOCA) or by raising a support ticket through myaccount.myob.com.
