Hello :)

 

 am wanting to give access to a staff member, who can search and send invoices to clients, however I don't want them to be able to see anything else in my account. Is this possible?

    Hi BecCore,

     

    Yes, you can set up restricted access for staff members by assigning specific roles. To achieve what you're after, you'll want to assign them a 'Sales' role, which allows access primarily to invoicing functions without giving them visibility into other areas, like financial reports or bank accounts.
