Site not loading on multiple browsers

Hello, I am currently unable to login to the MYOB site on multiple browsers, including Safari. The login page simply doesn't load and nothing is displayed onscreen. This was not an issue a week ago. I have tried removing site protections (to allow the numerous trackers etc) but it still does not load. The only way I have been able to login is using Chrome (which is how I managed to interact with this forum). Every other website I visit loads perfectly fine so there is obviously a unique issue with the MYOB website itself. Could you please let me know what might be the issue thankyou.

  • I too, am having the very same issue.  It happened to me last Thursday 5th December and I've since tried every fix suggested with still no success on both my desktop and laptop computers, iphone does work, but it's nearly impossible to navigate with the small screen size.  The only way I could actually log in was by downloading Firefox and using that browser for both my business site and this forum.  Why is it, that these issues always crop up at the busiest times of the year?  I did submit a ticket and after "trying" to call me (no call came through) they said the issue was resolved and it's not by a long shot.  This needs to be looked into and fixed ASAP!   It's been a massive pain in the backside ever since the site became website hosted and every year I'm being charged more and more by my accountant to fix internal "borks" caused by updates, tweaks and errors.

    PLButchers... While I could be wrong, I've got a feeling the issue is related to the multiple third-party sites and trackers working through the MYOB site. To name a few: fullstory(dot)com, sumologic(dot)com, segment(dot)com, wistia(dot).net, ctfassests(dot)net, segment(dot)com... this list goes on and it seems hugely excessive. I looked into the function of fullstory(dot)com and it appears to keeps a video recording of the behaviour and interactions made by each person within the site, which to me sounds unethical and an invasion of privacy. I've checked the third party requests from other sites and the MYOB site has the most requests associated with it so I wouldn't be surprised if it's causing the issue. It may be that the browser is trying the block and mitigate some of these third party requests which causes it not to load.

    • While I'm definitely not a techie - it just seems odd that it was working on Thursday morning and not working on Thursday afternoon - it was literally less than an hour between full access and nothing...with no updates done in that time - I've set it so they happen overnight so I'm not working on / in the middle of something.

    Thanks Earl, I use the app.myob.com link so that is not the issue. Unfortunately I am unable to replace my 2023 model computer which I use for accounting. And yes, I've already tried clearing the cache etc multiple times so that is not the issue either. Please see my reply to PLButcher as to what I think may be the cause of the issue. Although I could be wrong of course.

      The issue you're experiencing might be related to browser differences rather than a Mac vs. Windows issue. We recommend using Google Chrome instead for the best experience. Sometimes, different browsers can handle web applications in unique ways, and Google Chrome tends to be the most compatible with our services.     Hi yobers,

    This may need further troubleshooting, I recommend  to clear your browser cache and history, as this can help resolve website issues such as pages not loading or formatting problems. If this does not resolve the issue, try logging in from a different device, such as your mobile phone or another computer, and use the URL app.myob.com to log in to your account.
