Square Transactions

Hi There,

We have recently moved over to MYOB Business Lite browser.

We now use Square for credit card payments. I am wondering how I enter the transaction fee in as when Square transfers, the fee is automatically deducted from the amount we receive.

eg: customer invoice is $61.60, fee automatically taken is $1.36

Please note: we do not have our bank account linked as yet & are reconciling manually.

    You’ve totally got this with manual reconciliation! I found this forum post that explains exactly how to deal with square payments and match them up with your invoices. Hope this does the trick for you.

    Thank you, I will have a look. But if I decide to do it manually, is there a simple way?
