Sub totals in Business

Hi JeninWA,

You can add subtotals between sections directly on the invoice. In the Sales window, click the first line below the items you want to total, then choose Edit > Insert Subtotal. You can also add headers or blank rows to keep each section tidy. You can find the steps here: Add headers, subtotals and lines to sales.

I'm in Business NOT in AR and can't click to see an edit in the first line after the section.

Thanks for clarifying, and my apologies for the confusion. In MYOB Business, you can add blank rows to separate sections, but there isn’t an Insert Subtotal option, so you’ll need to enter the subtotal description and amount manually for now.
