Switch Business button doesn't work

I should have access to multiple businesses on MYOB Essentials, however, when I click the "Switch business" button it starts to load the "My businesses" page and then just goes back to the original file that I was on. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Thanks for letting me know about that. No worries, I'll look into this further. Please send me a private message with the following details, one for the file you can access and one for the file you are unable to access. 

     

    • Serial Number
    • Company File ID (Help >> About MYOB AccountRight) if you're using AccountRight
    • Account Name (Company Name)
    • Your full name and email address

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Kindly try logging out and logging back into your account so that My Businesses would show again. If that did not let you load your businesses, kindly try clearing your browser cache or try a different browser. Let me know how it goes for you.

      Hi Sean

       

      I've tried all of your suggested solutions and unfortunately, it still does not work.
