Does anyone have advise on the most effective way to transfer MYOB Business Pro data to new MYOB Business Pro file (the financial year has been incorrectly entered as 2028).
We really need to keep all our data as it goes back to 2019 - any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Bummer about the FY landing in 2028! Quick fix is to spin up a fresh MYOB Business Pro file with the right financial year, export your lists (contacts, items, chart of accounts) from the old file, then import into the new one. For transactions, bring across opening balances from the correct year start, and keep the old file as your history back to 2019. If you’re keen to move in more detail, I would recommend via our virtual assistant MOCA or lodge a support request at MyAccount to discuss about migration options.
