CMN.ATO.GEN.XML01

Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

 

Generally, for this error CMN.ATO.GEN.XML01 it has been seen when the ATO services are down, however, we would need some additional information to investigate this further: 

 

  • Are you declaring the wages as a Tax/Bas Agent?
  • If you do a $0 pay run now, does it then declare everything successfully?

 

To address the other error code which is CMN.ATO.GEN.XML03, it was referring to a field containing invalid data (such as letters in numeric or date field). This help article fix rejected report in STP will give you all the detailed information and steps to assist you with this.
