Hi, Did you get a fix for this issue? I have a return with same error?
MYOB said it was a known technical glitch and the way around it was to put $1 in the untaxed element field at item 7 on the tax return. Tax will be calculated on the $1 and that can't be avoided.
The soultion to this error is including the $1.00 in untaxed element.
