Employees List Alphabetically by First Name NOT Surname

Can anyone advise how I can list my Employees by their SURNAME and not their First Name ????    Not sure why MYOB would have it this way as it is not standard practice - ALL filing of names is done...

I appreciate your feedback about wanting to list your employees by their surname instead of their first name in MYOB. Currently, MYOB defaults to first names. Your suggestion is valuable, and I want to encourage you to post this to our MYOB Business Product Idea Exchange board for future feature consideration.
