Terminating employees

Is there a checklist of the things that need to be done when an employee leaves? Or can someone point me in the right direction to get some information on how to do this?

    Yes, there's a list of things you need to do when an employee leaves. You'll need to: 

     

    • Process all final payments.
    • Notify the ATO.
    • Finalise the employee.
