Estimate leave balance not the same when upgraded

I did a Annual Leave Summary Report before the upgrade and the total balances don't match.  It looks like the Estimated leave accrued since anniversay aren't the same.  

A couple of employees are out by 60 hours and they've only taken a days leave since the printout.

    I'm sorry to hear about the accrued leave balances of your employee. In my understanding, the leave balances would depend on the amount of time from the Last Anniversary Date to the current date. I recommend checking this window from Payroll > Employees > Name of employee > Leave tab > Annual Holidays and correcting the next anniversary date.
