Thanks for posting.
I'm sorry to hear about the accrued leave balances of your employee. In my understanding, the leave balances would depend on the amount of time from the Last Anniversary Date to the current date. I recommend checking this window from Payroll > Employees > Name of employee > Leave tab > Annual Holidays and correcting the next anniversary date.Let us know if you require any further assistance with this.
