    Looks like the extension hasn't been updated yet, so you'll need to get in touch with the IMS Payroll support team. I'll send you a private message with the details on how to contact IMS support.

I've just tried to access a client's IMS Payroll and getting this same issue. Is there a workaround that IMS Support can help with in the interim, if we are awaiting an extension update?

I managed to get it going through Microsoft edge rather than Chrome.  I did get sent a link to help so let me know if you need this.

      I changed to using Microsoft edge and used the diagnosis and fix on the 4th page of this PDF.  I hope it helps!
