MYOB Kiosk - Flequently Error

Hi Team,

 

I have been using MYOB Clock in and out for my staff and it has been great.

However, recently almost once a week or twice a week the screen froze and unable to operate the system itself.

We have been re-installing the app each time , but I start feeling a bit too mach.

 

is this something we have to expect to happen??

    It must be hard to uninstall and then reinstall the MYOB Team app every time. No worries; I am here to assist you in resolving your concern. To proceed, were you able to use a different device to use the MYOB Team app? If not, I would suggest using a different device. Also, if you can update the device operating system, which is also significant in using the app, it will be updated.

     

    Please let me know how it goes on your end.
