Can you try to access the MYOB Teams Kiosk thru team.myob.com using the browser? When you successfully log in there, you may delete the location itself to delete all your employees. After that, you can create a new location and then Add and invite employees to a location.
If your business has a location set up with photo capture or geolocation enabled, you can:
- check the photos captured each time the employee clocked on or clocked off using the tablet kiosk, or
- check the geolocation status.
