Paying Wages via Cash

Some employees are requesting there wages to be paid in cash. I have no experience on this and would like to have a better understanding of how MYOB handles such a cash setting. Are there any complications?

    Thanks for your post. You would select Cash as the Payment method in the employee cards>>Payment details tab then record pays as normal. You would then need to withdraw the cash from your bank account, making sure you get the notes/coins required to make up each employee's net pay. 

     

    In Bank transactions, match the withdrawal bank feed transaction with the pay transactions.
