STP reporting showing $0 for October and November

Hi, 

For some reason, STP report is showing $0 pays for October and Novemeber period while last 2 payruns correctly reported in STP with correct dollar values. 

I checked in ATO site and it is also showing $0 for October and November pays.

 

MYOB Payruns menu shows all payruns correctly. 

 

I tried sending an Send update event but it didn't change any values. 

 

How can I fix this?

    I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. If the payrun was recorded on the same date as the payment date, it might display as NIL on STP reports. To verify if the Year-to-Date (YTD) figures reported to the ATO are accurate, I recommend checking the YTD verification report. Ensure that it aligns with both the payrun register and the pay run activity report for consistency.
