Backup for Business Lite

Hi, Is there a way to download all invoice attachments for the past 5 years as backup? If not, is there a cost for read only version for MYOB Business Lite? Thank you

Hi gmdperrett1​,

 

You can definitely download all your invoice attachments while your MYOB Business Lite subscription is active. You'll just need to save them individually.

 

As for read-only access, if your subscription ends, you'll still have read-only access for 30 days and there's no extra cost for that. After that, the file will no longer be accessible, so it's best to download any info or attachments you'd like to keep before then.
