Bank Reconciliation Report - not printing/loading

I'm having trouble now for days trying to print a report for my bank reconciliations.  It keeps coming up with the same error.  I have never had this problem before.   I'm using MYOB Business Pro on a Mac.

    Sorry to hear about the error persisting. May I also get you to try it on Incognito mode from your Google Chrome browser?

      No...I haven't heard anything back from anyone.  Not sure what the problem is.

        Thanks for posting your concern and sorry for the delayed response.

         

        I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties displaying this report. This error generally happens if you open the report in other browsers. May I get you to open the report in the Chrome browser if you haven't yet? Also, clear the cache before opening the report.
