Bank Transaction Reports Not Loading

Since late last week I haven't been able to run a Bank Transaction Report.  I have tried all troubleshooting solutions as per the replies on the forum (Clearing Cache, New Browser etc) to no avail.  I spent 50 mins on the phone with a lovely operator but ultimately their IT support has no idea either.  I was referred back to the unsuccesful forum posts.  Has anyone been able to find a work around?

    Thanks for posting in the forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your phone support experience and your issue with the Bank Transaction report. The Bank Transaction report pulls data from the Banking > Bank transactions screen. May I know if these transactions that are missing could be found inside Banking > Bank Transactions?  

     

    Also, any additional details regarding the concern would be much appreciated. We look forward to your response.

    Yes, transactions can be seen when from Banking/Find Transactions. 

     

    No transaction from Reports/Banking/Bank Transactions Report (see screenshot below) 

     

    I can see here on the forum that there are others with the same problem also and so far we havent been given a fault or fix at this stage.

    I appreciate the information you have given so far. May I ask for a screenshot of the Bank Transactions screen, as this was what I was referring to in my previous response?  

    The information from the Bank Transactions report is the same information connected to bank feeds and the Bank Transactions window. I would also appreciate it if you could send a screenshot of the Manage Bank Feeds window.
