customer sales report

My invoices all appear under sales...invoices.

All appear within a date range specified.

However; when I try and run a Customer sales report within the same customer ( or any/all customers ) and date range, NO data comes up, just magnifying glass and box.

    Hi jlam1,

     

    Thanks for explaining that. If the invoices are showing under Sales > Invoices for that date range, it usually means the invoices are there. Could you please check the sales status filter and make sure All invoices or All sales is selected? If a different status is selected, the report can come up blank or just show the magnifying glass and box. If it still shows no data after that, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account, and we’ll take a closer look with you.

    I have just logged in to create some invoices and all of ours are missing. Even when selecting "all of time" to see every invoice we have ever raised, nothing comes up, none listed. Selecting "in progress", overdue or any other option changes nothing, no invoices can be seen. I have even just tried to raise a new invoice and it cannot be seen either. The system worked fine yesterday. I have logged a request, not sure how ling before they get back to me.
