Error Message - Payables Reconciliation Report with Tax
I have tried this report a few times and I am getting the error message - Something went wrong. This issue is Account Right Web browser

As I said the other entities (company files) are not experiencing any issue with running this report.
I have now included the Desktop version we use with the error report I am receiving.
As mention my company file is the only one that is causing this report to fail.
The other 6 MYOBs used are having no issues.
It is on only the web version that is not allowing this report to run.
Have you any resolution to this problem?

If you receive the error message 'Operation Timeout, this is due to the large amount of data included when running the report. To correct the situation and for you to be able to access the report you need without any error messages, you can follow the steps provided in the Help Article: AccountRight Timeout Extender. You may also reach out to your IT person if you are unsure of how to complete the steps.

Hi,
Our IT Department has followed your instructions regarding the Timeout Extender and it has failed to fix the isssue. Is there anything else that could be causing the problem. This report is a base MYOB report so I am not sure why it is only affecting the one entity.

Thank you for updating us.
Since you were able to complete the Timeout Extender steps to fix the issue, however, the same error message is showing up. With that, please generate the report again so that the error message will show up, and then check the diagnostic log. This will allow us to further check on your concern.
