How do you run a gross sales report by customer by month

Hi There

 

I've just started using MYOB for reporting and I'm trying to run a basic gross sales report by customer by month. I've managed to get a monthly sales report but it includes deductions / credits.

 

Is there a way to see Gross sales without any other factors?
