ONE STP REPORT MISSING
IS THERE AN OFFICIAL EMAIL ADDRESS I CAN SEND MY SCREENSHORTS TO AND SEEK A SOLUTION?

Welcome to the Community Forum!
MYOB doesn't have an email address for support, but we do have the ability to submit a case to our support team, which is pretty much like sending an email. You can access this by going to myaccount.myob.com, signing in, and creating a support ticket. Currently this doesn't let you include an attachment, but you will get an auto-response email to your submission, and then you will be able to reply to that with the attachment to get the ball rolling.
