All invoices missing from MYOB
I have just logged in to create some invoices for today's jobs and all of our invoices are missing. Even when selecting "all of time" to see every invoice we have ever raised, nothing comes up, none listed. Selecting "in progress", overdue or any other option changes nothing, no invoices can be seen. I have even just tried to raise a new invoice and it cannot be seen either. The system worked fine yesterday. Does anyone have a contact at MYOB to get this sorted urgently?

That’s really unusual. If all invoices suddenly aren’t showing, it’s often caused by the page not loading properly or the invoice view not refreshing as expected. First, I’d recommend clearing your browser cache and history to rule out any browser-related issues.
