All invoices missing from MYOB

I have just logged in to create some invoices for today's jobs and all of our invoices are missing. Even when selecting "all of time" to see every invoice we have ever raised, nothing comes up, none listed. Selecting "in progress", overdue or any other option changes nothing, no invoices can be seen. I have even just tried to raise a new invoice and it cannot be seen either. The system worked fine yesterday. Does anyone have a contact at MYOB to get this sorted urgently?

    That’s really unusual. If all invoices suddenly aren’t showing, it’s often caused by the page not loading properly or the invoice view not refreshing as expected. First, I’d recommend clearing your browser cache and history to rule out any browser-related issues. If the issue stays the same after that, please send us a private message with your case number or business details so our support team can look into it further.

    Hi MattBedford​ , on another forum post yesterday (My Invoices Are Not Showing | MYOB Community) it suggests clearing MYOB cookies. To quote: "I then went into the chrome settings/privacy and security/third party cookies/see all site data and permissions. I searched for MYOB and deleted all the cookies that came up. That worked!".

    Good morning Earl,

     

    Thank you for your reply. We can rule out browser issues. When running a sales report the invoices come up however when looking under the sales > invoices tab none of them come up.

    Thank you for your reply. We did start with MOCA but it couldn't resolve the issue. I believe you are right and the issue will be in the back end of the software. We currently have a request for support logged, no progress so far (I have the number if you want to have a look). Hoping the team can get it sorted today as we have not been able to raise any invoices last Friday or today for the work we have done for our clients.
