Hi all following this issue.
I am able to see the Budgets & Variances columns in the Export and in View & Print when I use my PC. It just isn't working when I use the laptop. Very strange but that info may help somebody. Support is setting up a Team Viewer session with me possibly tomorrow.

Thanks for that update John, I am still having issues and do use a laptop so keen to hear any possible solutions.

John I am also using my PC and not a laptop and for some reason it does not show the budget column in the print screen

Thanks Celia That is basically the outcome of my Support Call today. Hopefully resolved soon. My workaround was to export in Excel and send that to my PC so as I can enter the Budget data into it whilst having the Actual Budget/Variance report open on my laptop. Not ideal but got it sorted in time for reports to be prepared.

Hello. The 'export to Excel' workaround DOES NOT WORK. Please repair the P&L with budget variance reporting for print/export/view. Thanks

Doreen,
this is unacceptable. We have not had use of the system for more than a month. I could not generate reports for my Board. What is wrong with MYOB? I have never seen anything like this lack or response. Is there a huge issue with the last update? Otherwise why is such a seemingly small issue so difficult to fix?
We should get a refund for the month. But more importantly, why would we stay with MYOB when you can't fix this for such a long period. Is this what we should expect from MYOB, more than a month to fix any bug even for an essential feature?
Even the escalation is a couple of weeks old!
Sorry I am in shock at the pathetic MYOB response!
