Mulit Period Profit and Loss not printing properly

Hi,

I only want to view 3 months P&L.

I have selected multi-period P&L, changed the layout to portrait as there is only 3 months, and 'shrink to one page'.

MYOB still displays the transactions as if they are landscape which means the transactions are tightly squished up into the top half of an A4 page....how do I fix this issue so that I can view the transactions running down an A4 page ?

Sorry......I think I have selected the wrong category but I am unable to edit this once posted.

thanks!

  • Hi jhp

The Multi period P&L report is designed to be displayed in a spreadsheet / landscape format. Whilst you can choose to change the layout of the page to portrait view and shrink it to a single page, this resizes the landscape layout to fit within the chosen page layout.

This report currently doesn’t have the functionality to display down a page as you are expecting. Instead if you were wanting the report to run down the page, where each month is displayed below the previous one, you would be looking at running the report for each individual month, then combining them in Excel to form the desired format

Thank you Neil_M .....that is a shame as it would be very handy.
