Inventory not recording properly

There's a script I have that I can run over your company file that should help you resolve this. Can you please confirm the last four digits of your serial number and the company file ID number (this can be found by going to the (Help menu >> About MYOB AccountRight)?

Thank you for letting me know. I've run the fixed scripts again on your company file. Please clear your AccountRight cache, log out of the account, and log back in again to see if this has resolved your issue with inventory.

Princess_R I have cleared cache and problem still there.

Princess_R What else can I do?? This is not resolved and I need to finish end of month.

My Items Register is wrong, but when I print the Items Register it is correct? !!!????

Thank you for your response.

Running a script requires each user of the file to log out. Your AccountRight company file should be closed and not running when we process a script to sync the data from our system to your files. Please let me know when it will be your preferred time for me to run scripts. Note that each user of the file should log out.
