Hi ALl,
Thank you for your post. We have replicated this on our end, and the budget comparison figures shows by going to Reporting >> Under compare to >> Click on % sales analysis and year to date >> Check on the date range (last financial year) >> Check on Accounting Method >> Click Export >> Choose PDF >> Export. It will then show the budget comparison. If it is still not showing, kindly provide a screenshot after you export from PDF, so we can investigate.

I received a message from Earl_HD (Re Reports) but now cannot find it in the Forum.
My response to him is as follows:
Hi Earl
- Issue has not been resolved.
- I have attempted it on a laptop & a PC
- I have tried it in both Edge & Chrome.
- There are many Users complaining about this issue in the Community Forum pages. Have a look & you will see they are asking me if this has been resolved.
Can you pass this on to him please and in the interim please advise status of this as it is annoying to have to manually enter Budgets & Variances into spreadsheets. Earl is obviously not looking under this subject as it is clear many others are having the issue.

This took hours to get to a point where a a know issue was advised
Apart from this, iy has wasted the better part of my day to try and resolve - Not Happy

Hi Myob
Is there an ETA on this fix as it is a critical report and month end rpeorting period.
Can Myob please send email / message to users rather than everyone having log onto this community forum and trawl through multiple messages to ascertain if fixed. It actually should also be compensated due to poor service.

I couldn't agree more. A critical reporting feature is broken- and has been for some time now. Lip service via community forum as 'solution' = not good enough from MYOB. Up until now I have been a fan of the product - I'm surprised this issue is being ignored. And very surprised I have no simple way of reporting the fault or receiving an eta on the fix.
