Retained earnings error

Hi,   I have switched from Xero to MYOB for recording transactions from 1 July 2025.  However, I just realised that the retained earnings brought forward does not shown in the trial balance for the...

Hey Eddeng,

 

Swapping over from Xero to MYOB, cheers for giving it a crack! Sometimes things like retained earnings love to hide themselves after a conversion, even when everything's meant to go smoothly. Best action is to touch base with the folks at MMC Convert first just to double-check that nothing slipped through when your data made the jump. If they give you the all-clear and those retained earnings are still playing hide and seek, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
