Would you mind expanding on what sale report you are using and what the filters are on that report? Generally speaking, a closed sales would appear on the Customer sales report assuming the following conditions are met:
- The sale was recorded via the Sales>>Create Invoice option
- The report had the appropriate date range of the transaction
- The report had the appropriate sale status i.e. Closed or All invoices
- Other filters where set accordingly i.e. All.
Alternatively, a screenshot of the transaction you have recorded and one of the report you are trying to see those transactions on with the filters would be ideal for further investigation.
