Change customer details not updating in new invoice email

If you need to change the name of the contact person at a company, new invoices made out to that company retain the original contact persons name which go in the salutation of the email while the updated email address is correct.

It's been going on for a while now and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or MYOB aren't aware of the bug.

    Thank you for the details. 

     

    I've just tested in MYOB Business, once the customer contact's name field is changed, refreshing the invoice screen will reflect the new name in the email message field. And just to clarify that the two fields highlighted in your screenshot are different fields, changing the email address of the contact doesn't affect the name used in the message, the message body uses the Company name/First & Last name field of the contact.
