ERROR MESSAGE: "Your bulk print request has timed out. Try again with fewer invoices."
Hello, I have just switched from Accountright to Bus Lite.
When wanting to print an invoice I get this error message
"Your bulk print request has timed out. Try again with fewer invoices."
Even though I am only trying to print one invoice and that is all that is selected.
I had to put the invoice in my old Accountright to print this invoice.
Has anyone encountered this and how do I get around it?
Surely don't want to have to keep going into my old Accountright just for a printed copy of an invoice.

Thanks Earl, it turned out that all I needed to do was make a template invoice and then it worked! I discovered this whilst waiting on hold yesterday waiting to speak to someone in customer service. The hold was so long that I figured it out by the time I got through to someone. Thanks again.
