Ensure that you have set up the recurring invoice in MYOB Business. This involves creating an invoice template that will be used for each recurring instance. That was not helpful at all. I dont want to manually have to log into myob to send the invoice. I want it to email the invoice automatically after it has been automatically created according to the schedule.
It is not very good that a recurring invoice can be scheduled but myob misses the most basic function of emailing it. We may need to look at Xero or Freshbooks instead.
