Having the same problem, have you been able to fix it yet? It's creating havoc here.

The problem happens when using the 'Services' field layout for creating invoices.
I changed the layout to 'Services and items' and created a new invoice and then viewed the invoice and it is fine.
Try changing to Services and Items field layout to see if that helps.
MYOB still needs to look at this problem with the Services field layout.

After changing the setting you will have to create new invoices and they will be using the Services and Items layout.
Unfortunately it looks like the existing problem invoices will not be automatically updated.
