Is printing or downloading packing slip/delivery docket as part of the Sales feature of MYOB Business going to happen please? We still have the AccountRight deskstop version where we print/save dockets but having it on the web version will be very helpful please. Thanks

I understand that having the option to print or download the packing slip/delivery docket on MYOB Business would be very helpful for you. However, we don't have any updates for when this feature will be available. With that, it's best to post on our MYOB Business Ideas Exchange board for this feature to be considered for future enhancement.

In a world where drop-shipping is an online business model for millions of business owners, it's hard to believe that MYOB Business does not have a packing slip feature.
I mean, packing slips were a default part of even the oldest MYOB software versions, and yet, here we are in 2025 and it's not possible. We can't even use the template feature to create a packing slip from an invoice layout.
I tell you, the more I use cloud-based MYOB, the less inclined I am to recommend it to anyone. It's been a disappointment from day dot, and the upgrades along the way have been a joke.
