I upgraded to MYOB Business Pro on the assumption that this would allow me to add reimbursable expenses to invoices without having to retype them out manually. Is this the case? I'm attempting to follow the procedure detailed in https://www.myob.com/au/support/myob-business/projects/jobs/reimbursable-expenses but having no luck.

That feature is certainly invaluable for transaction recording efficiency. The reimburse expenses feature is just for the desktop version, so it’s not available in Business Pro. If you reckon it should be added to the browser version, chuck the idea up on our Ideas Exchange board so, other users can vote, the more votes the better chance of being added in a browser version.

You’ll need an active subscription to use the AccountRight (desktop), it isn’t possible to access it without one. If you’d like to check upgrade options, you can get in touch with our team, and they’ll talk you through your options to help you figure out what works best for your setup.

I'm seriously considering paying for a $110/month (!!) developer license so I don't have to re-enter job expenses into invoices!
I just want an API into my own account. I don't think MYOB really want third party developers to give users basic features like this, but I'm running out of patience.
