MYOB EXO - Increasing Reference field associated with Stock Item Serial Numbers

    Hi suretek  , as advised we cannot provide direct assistance. There are agreements in place between MYOB and our Accredited Partners and we simply do not have enough knowledge with regards to your site configuration or requirements.

Hi Will, 

 

Thank you for your reply. We have already done so with no assistance provided. They said its not possible to change. Unfortunately we do not believe this is correct. 

 

Is this something that is possible to do via the backend database or not or is it part of the MYOB EXO software itself??
