Backorders quote wrong price

We use AccountRight primarily for it's (supposed) multi-currency functionality. When we have an invoice for NZ customers that includes backordered items, these items are listed on the invoice in AUD, whereas the rest of the invoice is in NZD. How can this be fixed? Customers are being shown prices for backordered items which are incorrect.

    Hey adventures​,

     

    Using AccountRight for multi-currency and getting NZ customer invoices where the backordered lines show in AUD while the rest is NZD isn’t ideal and does give customers the wrong prices. We’re aware of an issue where creating a backorder can flip lines into the local currency or the other way round. Our devs team is investigating this. No worries, we’ve added your account to the affected users list and you’ll get a notification as soon as it’s resolved.
