Inventory command centre access

Hey guys,

I have setup a new user id for my colleague which only can control some function of the inventory.

Anyone know which access i should tick for them to be able to use "print" function in item list command centre (screenshot attached).
Your help is much appreciated.

Regards,

Tom

  • Hi SWI-Accounts,

To get the "print" function working in the item list command centre for your colleague, you'll need to assign them the right user roles and permissions. It’s possible that some options were missed in the manage roles section. If there are multiple company file roles assigned and one of them, is set to read-only, it could affect the print button option. So, it's best to double-check all roles and permissions to ensure the print button is activated.

If you still find the print button grayed out after troubleshooting the roles and permissions, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. You can call our team directly or use our virtual assistant MOCA to get help from our live chat agent.

    Cheers,
