Negative on-hand quantities

I am trying to close a Financial year but get an error message saying I have negative on-hand quantities of an inventory item.  I do not!  Could the Inventory script please be run on my file to see i...

Thank you for your detailed post and screenshot. To assist you further, could you please reply with the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID?

Hi Earl - thanks for your reply.  Last 4 digits of serial no. are 5680 .  Company File ID is 1.
