There are a bunch of reasons why your inventory might be showing up as negative or looking a bit off. The easiest way to get to the bottom of it is to have our team take a proper look at your file.
You can jump on a chat with our virtual assistant MOCA and get redirected to our live chat crew. Or, if you prefer, just pop a support ticket through MyAccount and we’ll give you a hand.
