Thank you for your post. Have you checked for it on the Accounts List as well as the Bank Register? This way if the account has been classified incorrectly or made inactive, it will still show on the chart of accounts.
Inactive accounts have a shaded zoom arrow in your accounts list, and if it has been classified incorrectly, check under the column for type - the only type of account that will show on the bank register is any accounts classified as "Bank".
If it is one of the above then click on the zoom arrow and you can change the Account Type or untick Inactive Account.

Hi buda123 , I don't know where you were seeing that information, but foreign currency bank accounts cannot be displayed in the bank register screen (and never have been). To see the transactions in the foreign currency, use the Find Transactions by Account. Note that this option does not provide a running balance in the foreign currency.
