Switch business

In myob assist app I can’t access my other business, normally can switch business but keeps signing me out?

    Totally get that not being able to swap between businesses takes the convenience out of the app. As TECT mentioned, there’s a switch option in the Assist app. Just head to Settings > Switch business and pick the business linked to your email.

    Hi Rusnic,

     

    Thanks for getting in touch, and for trying the log out/restart steps already. We’re currently investigating an ongoing incident that’s affecting access to some businesses in the browser, including when switching between businesses, so it’s not anything you’ve done on your side. You can keep an eye on the latest updates here: MYOB.

  • Hi. As of today I am unable to switch business, 

    It come up with the Error "Something went wrong" and "If the issue persists, contact MYOB support"

    I have logged out multiple time and also restarted the computer multiple times.

     

    Cant seem to be able to get into my 2nd business today?

    Hi Genreve,

    Ok I have worked out how to do that now.  It's a bit cumbersome, it would be good to be able to switch from the home page.

    Hi, I also cannot work out how to switch profiles.

    In MYOB capture I could easily switch between profiles that I manage.

    The new app only allows me the one profile to login.

    Is there a hidden way to switch profiles?
